Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation where the body can reset, the mind can soften, and the heart can open.

This sound bath is designed to help you align with the season’s natural rhythm—letting go of what no longer serves and making space for stillness, clarity, and renewal.

No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, dress comfortably, and bring anything that helps you rest deeply (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask).

 

A sound bath is a special experience where you come to lay peacefully while the soothing sounds of specifically designed instruments are played in the room around you. The sounds soak your body to the cell with sound energy that is intended to bring the frequency of your body into alignment, with what nature has intended for us to live healthfully.
