Come experience Sound Bath as an artistic expression of healing. Kellie and Eli, a dynamic 2-generation team, will take you through the sounds of nature. Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, and drums are used to transport you into relaxation and far-off dream states. As you lay and relax, sound pours over your body and into your soul for a journey that sets your body at ease and realigns your vibrations, helping you along the path to harmony. Please bring with you your mat, a blanket, pillows, and anything else you need for comfort while lying on the wood floor of our beautiful studio space.

A sound bath is a special experience where you come to lay peacefully while the soothing sounds of specifically designed instruments are played in the room around you. The sounds soak your body to the cell with sound energy that is intended to bring the frequency of your body into alignment with what nature has intended for us to live healthfully.
