Emphasis will be placed on understanding the movements, safety, and stability within each pose. Whether you want to get a better grasp on practice or you are brand new, let us show you the path.

Gentle Flow
Unheated, Beginner Level
​Like a gentle stream, this class eases you into simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. With every riverbend of life, this class is dedicated to releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and restoring an overall sense of balance to the body, the mind and the soul. This is a gentle form of yoga ideal for anyone who would benefit from a slow and mild practice.

Hatha to Happiness
95 Degrees
Find your happy place with a slower paced practice focused on breathing, controlled movements, and stretching. Hatha will guide you to poses that are more static postures and held for a few breaths (unlike Vinyasa where every breath is connected to a movement). This gives you space and time to sink into the pose, and strengthen your balance while finding your inner happiness.

Life Balance
Power Yoga & Restorative | Warm 95-100 degrees
Do you need some work-life balance? Is the daily to-do feeling overwhelming? Then our restorative class was made for you. Breath, stretch, clear your mind in our flagship class dedicated to helping you de-stress. Improve your self connection with this flow of movement in the first half of class, and breathwork and stretching to attain balance in the mind and body in the second half of class. Combo of Power Yoga and Yin.

Up & Moving - Kid's Yoga
Ages 4-12 welcome
We are now offering Kid's Yoga! This is a fun and playful activity to do with your little one, or something cool for them to try on their own. Our kid's yoga instructors have years of experience teaching little ones!
Ages 4-7 require adult companion

Center your energy with our guided meditation practice. This class combines deep breathing, visualization, and attention to sound to relax your thoughts and senses. One will let go of distracting thoughts during this practice, and tune in to the present moment with open awareness.
