Sam Usi
Instructor
Reiki Practitioner
Sam has been teaching yoga since early 2022. The mat has been a place for her to connect mind, body, and soul, strengthening her relationship with herself and spirituality. Because of this ,she felt called to become a teacher, hoping to create and provide space to others who yearn to connect with who they are, who they've been, and who they want to be. In her classes, you can expect a balance of slow flow with dynamic sequencing and time for restoration and relaxation. This space is provided to build strength and ground down into all that we are capable of. However, don't be surprised when she hits you with some booty builders too!

Kasey Carrel
Instructor
I have always been involved in fitness, playing competitive soccer until I was 18. I began taking Hot Yoga in college. At first it was just another workout for me, but then I started feeling the mental benefits, the connection to myself, and the spiritual aspects of the practice. I was hooked! I've practiced on and off for 8 years, consistently for 4, and have now been teaching for 3 years. I wanted to share my love of yoga with others and began teaching in hopes to provide a welcoming space to explore your creativity and find your joy in your practice. My style is musically driven (ask me about my playlists) and rooted in Vinyasa. With a passion and curiosity for creative movement, you will never take the same class twice with me!

Carolina Santos
Mindfulness Leader
Instructor
I was born and raised in Brazil. I started to practice yoga in 2015, during the last year of my second University experience. I was on and off with my yoga practice for 5 years. In 2020 I decided to take my first Hatha-Vinyasa training, interested in deeping my practice, but never with the intention of becoming an instructor. I'm now also a certified Yin Yoga instructor and most recently I went on a 3-week YTT in the Big Island of Hawaii. I have been actively teaching Vinyasa, YinYasa and Yin yoga since January 2022. My classes are fun, creative, sweaty, and high vibrational. I like to bring in the spiritual side of this beautiful practice by also including mantras, mudras, chanting and meditation. Outside of the studio you can find me working hard as an Executive Personal Assistant, or spending as much time as possible outdoors with my dog Sadie and friends.

Iza Narag
Instructor
Having the opportunity to share this practice in so many various and fun ways has been a privilege — I consistently find my heart swelling with the amount of joy this practice and its people have brought into my life. In 2019 I started my personal yoga practice and, slowly after, life became so much more than just moving through the motions, it became fun, colorful, and full of feelings journey. I completed my first 200-hour YTT in 2020 and since then have completed over an additional 450 hours in various trainings. As an adventurous soul, playfulness and exploration are commonly themed into my flows to invite students to explore within their own practice. I tend to draw a lot of inspiration from multiple styles of yoga including Awakening Yoga Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga, Hatha, Soulful Flow Yoga, and Mobility. In addition to leading classes, I’ve assisted in 200-hour YTTs, hosted international yoga retreats, and genuinely love learning more and more about this practice and this life. It’s a special thing to watch this energetic thread of belonging weave us all together, in a weirdly methodical way. There is big love for this practice and big appreciation for the people:)

Laura Kessler
Trauma Informed
Kid's Yoga Instructor
Social/Emotional Learning Facilitator
Laura has been practicing yoga on and off since college. For the past three decades she has been an actor and director in the Puget Sound theatre community and a performing arts teacher for elementary age kids. Working through the pandemic inspired Laura to come up with more creative ways to reach her students and she took the steps to become a certified trauma informed yoga instructor, as well as a social emotional learning facilitator. Laura loves sharing yoga practice with young people and finding ways to make it accessible for every body. Laura’s kids class is filled with fun and play, breath and mindfulness. Her adult class is a gentle flow with options for everyone so you can feel empowered in your practice.

Aspen Rose Devaroux
Instructor
Aspen Rose Devaroux has been practicing yoga for 30 years and teaching since 2020. A certified RYT 200 instructor, Aspen brings warmth, joy, and deep experience to every class. Her teaching spans Hot Power Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Slow Flow, and her specialty—Kundalini yoga. Aspen believes that yoga is more than just movement; it’s a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and connection. With a signature blend of humor and heart, they remind students: “Don’t worry, it’s just yoga—it can only change your life.” In addition to leading classes, Aspen offers sound baths, creative workshops, and private sessions, tailoring each experience to meet the unique needs of their students. Whether guiding a powerful flow or a deeply restorative practice, Aspen’s goal is to create a space where students feel empowered, present, and inspired.

Shawnte
Instructor
Originally from Kentucky but raised in Idaho, and now having spent most of his life in Seattle, Shawnte nonetheless embraces his roots as a redneck renaissance man and brings the diversity of his background in theater, movement and voice to his yoga practice. This means focusing on long, slow and deep movement practices with flare, extension and ease for every body, every day without risk of injury or overextension. A routine practice such as this brings us closer to ourselves and our true nature. While we often practice yoga to feel better, we can also practice yoga to be better at feeling. "Instead of using your body to get into the pose, use the pose to get into your body.” Shawnte holds two 200-hour YTT certificates, the first was completed in Bali in 2015, the second through the Rasa Yoga Collective in 2023. In 2024, he was certified as a Psilocybin Facilitator in the state of Oregon through Innertrek’s immersive training program. His classes emphasize self-study, sensation and surrender. For these reasons, he asks students to come prepared to turn off the mind, relax and float downstream. Even so, please remember, enlightenment is optional.
